UBC’s (Used beverage cans) are mostly made up of Aluminum and act as a good source of raw material for producing secondary aluminum alloy. Can sorter devices are an effective way of removing non-ferrous metals from other products. Our can sorting machine is a three part system. First the mixed stream of cans pass through a vibratory feed that removes unwanted particles like dust and liquid from the used cans. Post that, two levels of secondary magnetic separation (one upstream and one downstream) are used. This step separates the Aluminum cans from ferrous scrap. Two levels of magnetic separation ensure better sorting of non-ferrous scrap. Finally the aluminum cans are dropped in a hopper which can be further attached to a baling machine to get a fully integrated sorting and compacting system for used drinks cans. Our can sorter offers reliable and cost effective mechanism for sorting application.

A chute type hopper for holding the clean aluminium can for fast loading in the baling press.
A suitable control panel with emergency and remote operation desk will be provided.
Drives of vertical conveyors shall be variable speed to take out the maximum output of the system.
